These are small, relaxed online support groups designed to help you feel less alone.

Sessions held on:
1st Monday & 3rd Wednesday each month
7-8pm (UK time)

What to expect:
Small, relaxed online groups with up to 15 people.
There’s no pressure to speak. You’re welcome to share, listen, or simply be.
Conversations are gentle, often including shared experiences, advice, and support.
If cost ever feels like a barrier, please feel free to reach out. I offer a small number of discounted and bursary places each month.
