No. We have a free Community Member tier that includes our monthly newsletter, access to public help guides, and our open Facebook and WhatsApp groups. You can upgrade to a paid tier anytime for extra benefits, but it’s not required.

Anyone living with a chronic illness, disability, or long-term health condition, and those who support them. All ages and locations are welcome.

Yes. Everything shared in our support groups or community spaces is confidential, and our private Facebook & WhatsApp groups are only open to members.

Not at all. You’re welcome to join in whatever way feels most comfortable for you. Some people love to chat, others prefer to just listen, keep their camera off, or share in the chat box, all are equally welcome.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you’d like to cancel, just drop me an email at millie@milliebridger.com and I’ll make sure it’s cancelled straight away for you.

No problem. You’ll receive reminders for upcoming dates, and there’s no penalty if you miss a month. You’ll still have access to our other community spaces and resources.

We don’t offer refunds on subscriptions, but you can cancel anytime and keep your benefits until the end of your billing period.
